Jim’s extensive global experience spans across tech, pharmaceutical & biotech technology, manufacturing and retail industries. He has a special rapport with the tech, science and engineering minds. Jim’s areas of expertise include leadership and team development, architecting and managing organizational change, culture development, integration in mergers and acquisitions, diversity and inclusion, transforming dysfunctional teams into productive teams, resolving conflict, developing and leading executive impact, and presentation skills development. He has designed and managed major change initiatives and leadership training programs in a large variety of multinational companies. Jim is the founder of the Leadership Development Group. Jim’s educational background includes a B.S. degree in Psychophysiology from the University of California at Davis, Baylor Medical School and a PhD from the Union Graduate School. He has owned and operated California State approved training institutes as well as training institutes in Europe.
